Harper is Braeden’s little sister (You can see his session by following the link: Braeden’s session | Click Here) and she is just gorgeous! I asked her mom if we could meet at Spicer’s Orchard (http://www.spicerorchards.com/) for an impromptu session. When we discussed it, the weather was warm and sunny. By the time we arrived, it had turned to overcast and was cooling off considerably. This was a fairly rushed session, but that’s what I do! Work under pressure? No problem! Here are my favorites:
We had a few visitors during her session – the goat somehow got out of the enclosure and came to see us (we were afraid that it was going to eat Harper’s accessory)
And the goat’s buddy, the horse, was watching us from the enclosure:

Sorry – I’m a bit behind on blogging as we’re getting ready for our annual neighborhood sale!
Meet the handsome Krish and his little brother Nishaan. Nishaan was just 2 weeks old, and Krish is three and was SO much fun to photograph. He was telling me all about his love of trucks & cars, and about his friends at school!

I had the honor of photographing Samantha & Sabrina when they were just a few months old. I can hardly believe that they’re a year old. Their mom brought them over for some shots in their Easter dresses and my first twin cake smash! I loved it – the girls dug into their cakes and were even tasting each others!

On Saturday morning, I took a little bit of time to do some nature photography. It was a glorious morning, with lots of dew, sunshine, and birds chirping!

Braeden entered my 2011 Cutest Kids Contest and though he didn’t win first, he was a judges choice winner! His mom brought him down for a fun session in Downtown Howell, since I love the alleys and different spots around town to shoot. He was SO much fun to work with!
This first photo may be one of my favorites ever taken!
I don’t normally show an image in both color and black & white, but this image was so striking I had to share!

Acacia first came to visit me when she was just 13 days old (Acacia’s newborn session) She was the most beautiful little girl with a full head of hair, and now she’s a year old! She was also the winner of my 2011 Cutest Kids Contest
She was full of personality during our session, though she wasn’t too sure about me putting her in a bucket! I love her beautiful blue eyes and her wispy hair!
