Sunday, July 11th, 2010Erin & Nate were referred to me by Kendra (thank you!) and I was so excited to hear that they had a little girl. Little girls are so much fun to ‘play dress up’ with…you can put pretty bonnets on them, or headbands!
When they arrived with sweet, little Caitlin, the first thing I noticed were her big, beautiful eyes! These are some of MY favorites from our session because of her eyes. They’re just captivating!

Friday, June 18th, 2010Susan and I met online, through a special group for angel moms. She lost her son, Thomas, to a congenital heart defect, and now has been blessed with twin daughters, Audris & Brooksley.
To say I was honored when she contacted me to do their family pictures was an understatement; you see, she’s from Missouri and was in town visiting family. So what a privilege I had – not only did I get to meet someone that I had previously only known online, but I got to hold and photograph her precious girls too.

Monday, June 14th, 2010When I heard about this week’s theme at I Heart Faces (http://iheartfaces.blogspot.com/), I knew just which picture I was going to use. Remember gorgeous baby Koray? His Mommy & Daddy are Turkish, so this pic has special meaning. The plate is a symbol to ward off the ‘evil eye’.
